Abstract

In a large number of cellular processes, the interactions between proteins play a crucial role. Hence, gaining knowledge on protein-protein interactions is of large interest in the fields of molecular biology, systems biology and bioinformatics. Here we propose an approach that will yield a more thorough understanding of the processes involved in the interactions between proteins by coarse-grained molecular simulation techniques.
