Description

Provenance is the class of information describing by whom, how, when and where a given artifact has been produced. Trust is a relationship involving a subject that decides (or not) to rely on somebody or something in a given context. Knowing how or who made a given artifact might be useful to understand whether one should trust or not the artifact itself. The goal of this project is to investigate the characteristics of provenance information that can be effectively used to make correct trust assessments.
