Description

Problem: How can web annotations of scientific documents be represented and published in a consistent and reliable manner?

Solution: We can use existing data and publication standards around the Linked Data initiative to enable interlinking and reliable publishing of web annotations.

Method: We can rely on the nanopublication method of Linked Data publishing (http://nanopub.org) and build upon the existing Hypothes.is platform (https://hypothes.is/).
