A Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) provider supplies the entire solution stack and execution environment of web application deployments. Each of these deployed services is subject to diverse traffic conditions, which raises the need for dynamic allocation of server processes and the scalable distribution of requests. This thesis proposal presents a dynamic load balancing model that is decentralized and is capable of routing traffic to highly scalable service deployments.
