Description
This thesis focuses on the analysis of a set of communication and social network data from a global software development project at Ericsson. The main purpose is to examine the communication/social networks of the distributed teams and identify important network aspects such as: Who knows who in the network? Who are the key players in the communication among remote locations? How distributed teams are structured?
