About Design of Wireless Sensor Neural Networks


Description

This project follows up on a finished project, which has published results. The idea is to design a wireless sensor network, where the behaviours of the nodes is determined by a neural network. The scenario of interest is emergency evacuation routing in a building. The design must be such that it does not depend on a particular building, but the system can be installed anywhere and learn good behaviour. The system learns movemements of people who pass by the sensors and uses this knowledge in an emergency situation where people have to directed out of the building as fast as possible.

There is extensive source code and documentation available from the previous project, which is to be extended in this project.
